Exotic Carts

[Enigma]

So recently I picked up an Exotic Cart, and at first I was really impressed, but then I noticed dark shit seeping up from the wick wells. At first I figured maybe my pen was ramping too high, then I did unrelated research and found out my pen actually outputs slightly less than what I usually run carts at, so that was ruled out, and it just gets worse the further down the cart I get. Honestly it's a little offputting.

The weird thing about it though is the fact I've gotten exotics before in different packaging.
