Thing is, what I talk about is only one of five or six different yogas. The best known is of course hatha yoga, the exercise/posture thing. Other yogas include the way of meditation, and the way of doing good works, and I would not presume to judge which is "better." Whatever floats yer boat.
That said, I still maintain that the three greatest things are faith, hope and charity, and the greatest of these is charity. (None of these need involve action.) "Charity", however, is a mistranslation of the Greek "caritas", and is better called "unconditional love." This in the sense that we are urged to love our neighbor as ourself.
