What makes your life Significant.

My life feels a bit insignificant at the moment.I've given it some thought lately and I've decided that the things that give significance to my life at this time is: Money,Family,objects I plan on owning and a few tasks that I plan on accomplishing in the near future.

I need to get more goals.

What gives your life significance?
Be it Objects,Hobbies,goals,plans...

Nothing makes my life significant. My life is insignificant, unimportant to the rest of the universe. Unimportant even to the rest of the world, until such time as I (potentially) end up doing something important for the human race. Most people's lives are always insignificant, and mine probably will be too.

Im with willancs on this, Accepting that ones life has little to no significant, and then striving to change that through a series of contributions is basically the most purpose ones life can take on.

making other peoples lives a little better. id like to be remembered not as the smartest man, not as the richest, not as the strongest, and not as the smoothest. id rather be remembered for the good things that i did to help people worse off than me, either financially or emotionally. im here to make this world better, and i think that others should fall in.

Did you read anything by Kurt Vonnegut?
Because you sound like you read God Bless you Mr. Rosewater and took it to heart. But that is one of the best ways to make your life more significant.
