Which Faith Do You Align Yourself With? POLL multi answer.

I got an email today asking if we might have a 'what religion do you align yourself with?' poll. I don't see any reasons why not and so here it is.
However I've put in some of the major christian seperate denominations too so please answer twice if you can.
Align means the faith you either actively practise or would practice if you could be arsed.
"Protestant" covers any church that rejected the Pope's authority and grew out of the Reformation ie Lutheran, Anglican (and its bastard child 'Episcopalian'), the Calvinists etc.
