I still don't see why people get mad at Buddha. Siddarta Gautama was a peaceful, easy going guy. I don't think he said he was a god. He did talk about Nirvana, but he never said he was a god.

Muhammed never claimed he was a god. He said he was a prophet, and people see him as a prophet. Not once did he say he was a god. He said he had contacted God whilst in a cave in a mountain he would go to "meditate" in.

I don't think that Islam believes Muhammed was Allah. Muhammed is considered a prophet of Allah.

I do believe, on a certain level, Muslims worship Muhammed, but only by way of reverence to his teachings.

Oh, also, if memory serves me, the government and judicial system isn't suppost to care or support your beliefs. I remember hearing something about a "Seperation Of Church And State" somewhere in the laws. Then again, maybe I'm wrong and that got removed recently.

If you really want to get into it, Seperation of Church and State" is not even in the constitution.

Also, nothing about it says that the government cannot support religion. It was simply made so that people can worship freely and that no religion would be the government.

Before anyone ask, I'm not against any religion, for I also believe in God, but I don't consider myself a Christian or whatever because these religions were created by mankind. Jesus never told you to build churchs and worship God, he just said that when you need God will help and answer your prayers.
