Got just the right amount of sun that hopefully I'll just tan instead of burn.

I should get outside soon. I'm cooped up in a basement constantly shivering lately, idk why. Suddenly sensitive to noise & cold and sometimes light is giving me a bit of a headache. Sunshine might be nice.

For sure, just be sure not to over do it. Even a few minutes here and there might at least make you feel better mentally.
