i think maybe what he means (and what i would also like to possibly know) is how to hide a file in a jpeg so when someone opens it to look at it it opens and runs the file that was hidden within it

Judging by his level of coherent communication (ie, NONE), I'm going to assume he's a 13 year old kid trying to be a 1337 Haxxor and send a keylogger to the girl who turned him down.
So as ShredderMan was saying, I think he wants to send a file with a .JPG extension that will run as an executable, which is impossible unless the user does an "always open with this program" and tells her computer to open all .JPGs in command prompt.

Well, the first thing to do is find an exploit in the JPEG rendering code of the program you expect it to be opened with.
Use this exploit to extract your binary code from the image into memory and execute it.

In other words: prepend the bastard before the header to keep the motherfucker raw. Anyone able to intercept your shit that you basically attach to the JPG (instead of actually hiding the contents INTO the picture) would not be fooled by this stunt. It would be obvious that a file is hangin' from the JPEG.
In short: that method doesn't do JACK SHIT.

It allows you to send files as images. If they're small enough. most people would never guess that there's anything embedded in the image.
