I love salsa and Tapatio and Tabasco and hot sauce and would put it on everything if I could.

Whatever is hotter than hell and makes me sneeze/cough.

Not a fan of regular old tabasco though.

Sriracha is the best hot sauce available bar none.

Cholula is a good stand by too.

Also a big fan of using the sauce that canned chipotles come in(adobo) and green pepper and tomatillo sauce(love this stuff on corn salad and with white chicken chili).

Sriracha, tapatio, then cholula. In that order.
What do I put it on? Everything.

as far as salsa goes, I like homemade. I can stir up a pretty decent batch of salsa

If you were to share a recipe I'd be quite appreciate. Homemade salsa must taste pretty win.

I love hot sauces, Encona (http://www.enconasauces.co.uk/) is my favourite, I like Tabasco and Pimento as well though.

This stuff: http://www.malaysianfood.net/ordersriracha.htm .

Best hot sauce you will ever use. Incredible flavor. I don't really care for the overly vinegary sauces, so this is right up my alley. I use it on just about everything. Personally I think it goes best on deviled eggs. Really good on hot dogs too.

You can get it in the "asian" aisle of just about every supermarket.

Cholula, and hot sauce can be applied to any item(this is recommended).

Frank's FTW, I practically carry it around with me. Frank's tastes amazing with: pizza, wings, steak, tacos, pasta, eggs, potatoes, veggies, chicken, rice, cous cous, soup, pork,... the list is endless, and I truly cannot enjoy pizza or pasta without it.

Pretty much most of it. Much better if it's home made.

I was at Jungle Jim's Market yesterday (the best grocery store ever) and got a bottle of People Eating Tasty Animals brand hot sauce in addition to their steak sauce. The barbecue sauce they make is amazing so I figured why not?

I often get Safeway Salsa, mix it with plain yogurt & hit it with the chips. I also put it in with the canned tuna, in salads & on rice or potatoes.
